What Steady is
Steady is an independent marketplace and workflow layer for NDIS supports. Participants can browse providers before sharing sensitive details. Providers can keep intake, service readiness, team invitations, worker applications, and document state in one workspace. Workers can reuse a portable profile and share documents per application.
What Steady is not
Steady is not the NDIA, the NDIS Commission, a care provider, a plan manager, a support coordinator, or an emergency service. We do not approve providers, certify workers, decide participant eligibility, or recommend that one provider is suitable for a specific person.
The trust model
Trust comes from clear boundaries: capacity has freshness labels, profiles show what is on file, consent is scoped, document access is auditable, and sensitive information is not requested before it is needed.
